Volksbank Liechtenstein takes first place in FUCHS Performance Project
Fuchsbriefe, the largest independent asset management review in the German-speaking area, has awarded a prize to Volksbank Liechtenstein. Volksbank Liechtenstein takes part in FUCHS Performance Projects III, IV, and V. In Projects III and V, the institute is among the three highest-ranking participants. In the overall ranking of all current Projects, Volksbank Liechtenstein was even able to take first place in 2017. It is particularly in the latest Performance Project V where Volksbank Liechtenstein stood out with its two funds "Strategiefonds Ausgewogen" and "Premium Selection", which provided clients with a weighted net return of 15.18%. The review included a total of 131 participants from private banking and wealth management. Each Performance Project posed different challenges to the asset managers with the goal of meeting these in the best possible way. "This award shows that the sustainable investment of money does not come with less return; rather, sustainable enterprises may provide additional yield", declared Patrick Schuchter, Head of Asset Management at Volksbank Vorarlberg Group. Both funds are managed with absolute independence by the asset management team of Volksbank Vorarlberg Group. Which means that being successful does not always require locations like Frankfurt or London.
